• Participate as a Staff Consultant on NSPB implementation projects integrated with NetSuite, supporting varying levels of project size and complexity by translating business requirements into scalable EPM solutions. • Support solution delivery activities throughout all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. • Assist with fit/gap analysis and business process reviews to help define solution requirements. • Configure and build multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations within NSPB. • Execute the development and execution of integrations between NSPB and NetSuite, including data mappings, transformation logic, and automation processes. • Document technical designs, business requirements, data flows, and integration specifications. • Collaborate closely with in-house development, functional, and project teams to implement customer solutions. • Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and deployment activities across NSPB, NetSuite, and related systems. • Participate in user acceptance testing, training sessions, and post-go-live support activities. • Apply EPM and NetSuite best practices while working with project teams and customers. • Contribute to internal initiatives including solution accelerators, knowledge sharing, documentation, and ongoing EPM education. • Continue developing NSPB product expertise and technical skills across all areas required by customer engagements. • This role may require flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements. • Limited travel is expected for this role and may vary based on client and project demands. • Participate in client-facing activities including project meetings, working sessions, and solution reviews, communicating clearly and professionally while representing the delivery team with confidence and accountability. • Identify and escalate project risks, requirement gaps, technical blockers, and testing discrepancies to Senior Consultants or Project Managers in a timely manner, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed before they impact project timelines or outcomes. • Manage personal task lists, deliverable timelines, and workstream commitments effectively, communicating proactively with project leads when capacity constraints or timeline risks arise.
