Role Description Du bist die rechte Hand und der Sparringspartner für unser (Founder) Team. In dieser herausfordernden und abwechslungsreichen Position unterstützt Du proaktiv die Geschäftsführung und das Team bei strategischen Aufgabenstellungen sowie in allen Bereichen des operativen Tagesgeschäfts. - Du übernimmst und steuerst eigenständige Projekte (Schwerpunkt unser 3 jähriges Förderprojekt). - Du führst die verwaltungstechnische Projektkoordination und -kommunikation mit Projektpartnern durch. - Du bist für die Steuerung und das Controlling des Förderprojektes verantwortlich. - Du erstellst Zwischenberichte und die Budgetplanung. - Du übernimmst die Terminplanung und Reisemanagement für interne und externe Teilnehmer*innen. - Du verwaltest Partnerschaften auf operativer und strategischer Ebene. Qualifications - Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich. - Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Administration von Forschungsprojekten und im Projektcontrolling. - Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und bist dabei hochgradig ergebnisorientiert. - Du bist energetisch und suchst keine Position zum Verwalten, sondern möchtest selbst gestalten! - Durch die tägliche Anwendung bist du routiniert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Suite, etc. - Idealerweise hast du erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der strategischen Unternehmensentwicklung, in der Beratung, Workation/Coworking, Community Building, Startup als GründerIn oder Venture Capital. This is more than a traditional executive assistant role. The successful candidate will become the organizational backbone of the business, supporting: - Executive priorities - Patient operations - Front desk workflows - Healthcare administration - Day-to-day practice management The role will initially focus on helping launch and organize business operations and will gradually transition into a combination of executive support, patient coordination, and healthcare operations management as the practice grows.
