Role Description The Credit Union CTR serves as a key support for the company’s skip recovery operations team. The team primarily provides operational and administrative support to the skip representatives while acting as the central liaison between the skip team, credit unions, and insurance carriers. Core responsibilities include: - Claim documentation support - Fee request submission - Request tracking - Responding to internal and external inquiries - Resolving issues related to accounts, claims, and recovery processes while maintaining high service standards Qualifications - Associate’s degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum one (1) year of call center, customer service, or related industry experience - Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Requirements - Deliver prompt and accurate support for client and debtor requests utilizing proprietary systems and communication tools - Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned portfolios (e.g., ARM, PreSkip, Direct) to ensure accuracy and consistency in communications - Manage inbound client communications, provide status updates, and perform research to support operational decision-making - Process and fulfill client requests in alignment with established service level expectations - Respond to internal team requests in a timely and professional manner - Monitor account holds and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed - Have full knowledge of assigned portfolios (ARM, PreSkip, Direct, Etc.) to ensure accuracy of information when providing info to clients, fellow teammates, and management - Maintain inbox management standards, ensuring all communications are addressed within the same business day - Escalate complex issues or unclear requests to leadership as appropriate - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and resolution - Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and communicate findings to leadership Benefits - Competitive compensation package - Full suite of medical benefits, including dental, vision, 401k, pet insurance and more! - PTO and holidays

(OAI) is seeking an applicant to provide Fisheries Disaster Support Services to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NOAA Fisheries – Alaska Region. The Magnuson-Stevens Act (MSA) contains provision (Section 312(a)) that allows requests from states, tribes, and other government entities to request the Secretary of Commerce to declare a fishery disaster exists, which makes these entities eligible for congressional funding to help ameliorate the impact of the disaster. Each Region of NOAA Fisheries is responsible for the initial evaluation of any fishery disaster requests received from their region and the Region also serves as the main point of contact for the requesting entity. Tasks - Provide program management support to the Regional Fishery Disaster Assistance Lead (Lead). - Upon receipt of a request from the Lead, review the request and contact any requesting entity staff leads identified in the request and provide regional contact information to such staff. - Serve as the point of contact and answer any questions from the requestors during the evaluation process. - Review the request and compare the information provided with the required information listed in MSA section 312(a). - Notify the requestor’s staff contact about any missing/incomplete information and request updates as appropriate. - Evaluate the request based on the methodology contained in the Policy Guidance from the Headquarters office. - Draft a decision memo using agreed upon templates for initial review by the Lead. - Submit the Memo through the appropriate clearance process with Headquarters and the Region. - Develop an annotated template for Alaska fishery disaster requests that is shareable with requesters. - Maintain and update a database of Alaska fishery disasters to track multi-year disasters. - Create and maintain a file management system specific to AK disasters. Requirements - Program planning and management in a team environment. - Review and evaluation of basic quantitative data, such as population size data, and basic economic data. - Policy analysis and the ability to evaluate specific data and information against required standards. - Experience with salmon management including analysis of data or management reports (preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Established skills with spreadsheets and word processing software. - Ability to follow established procedures to accomplish specific tasks. - Current MS Office skills. - Current Google Office Suite Skills. - Skills with online seminar software such as Google, Webex.
