Role Description We run the billing systems for fixed-line, mobile, and mobile service provider networks. Our job is to make sure millions of customers receive correct, clear, and reliable invoices every month. Right now, we are bringing together different billing systems into one modern platform. That means we are replacing older systems step by step and building new, cloud-based services. If you want to be part of a large-scale modernisation project, this is a great opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer with strong Business Analyst skills to join our Billing Layout team. This team is responsible for how invoices look and work – including e-invoicing and PDF formats. You will be the link between the business side and the development teams. You will collect requirements, run workshops, and make sure everyone is on the same page.
