Role Description We’re seeking an experienced, hands‑on Data Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI and SQL to join our multi‑disciplinary team. You’ll work directly with clients to turn raw data into clear insights, intuitive dashboards, and high‑quality reports. The ideal candidate possesses a proven ability to deliver high‑impact insights and effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements for reports and dashboards. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. - Write optimized SQL queries (including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions) to extract, cleanse, and transform data. - Define and implement data validation, accuracy, and quality checks. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. - Participate in customer engagement activities, clearly communicating technical concepts, design decisions, and project progress to stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - 3–6 years of industry experience as a hands‑on practitioner in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and proven experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation. - Proven experience building advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI. - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. - Experience working with 2–3 major cloud and data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks). - Expertise in 3–4 key data/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, dbt). - Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
