Role Description Verpackungen neu denken und den Kreislauf schließen: Für unseren Geschäftsbereich PreZero Flexible Packaging suchen wir einen echten Vertriebs-Profi (m/w/d), dessen Fokus auf dem nachhaltigen Wachstum und der Gewinnung von Neukunden im süddeutschen Raum sowie in Österreich und der Schweiz liegt. In dieser Rolle agierst du flexibel aus dem Home Office heraus und bist das Gesicht der PreZero Flexible Packaging GmbH direkt vor Ort bei unseren Kunden. - Pipeline-Builder: Du identifizierst und gewinnst Neukunden in der Konsum- und Industriegüterbranche und baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen konsequent aus. - Lösungsverkauf: Du vertreibst technisch anspruchsvolle Produkte zur Verpackung von Konsum- und technischen Produkten (LDPE-Folien, Verbundfolien, Rezyklatlösungen) und überzeugst Kunden vom Wechsel auf kreislauffähige Verpackungen. - Abschlussstärke: Vom Erstkontakt über die Bemusterung bis zum finalen Vertrag – du führst die Verhandlungen eigenverantwortlich zum Erfolg. - Markt-Scout: Du hast Trends wie die PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) und den Wettbewerb immer im Blick, um Potenziale für unser Portfolio frühzeitig zu nutzen. - Zukunfts-Ausrichtung: Du denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus und bist zukünftig in der Lage, produktübergreifend zu beraten, um auch Verpackungs- und metallisierte Folien aus unseren anderen Standorten (z. B. Berlin) erfolgreich bei deinen Kunden zu platzieren. Qualifications - Branchen-Insider: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb von flexiblen Verpackungen oder Folien mit. - Produkt-Check: Mono-Materialien, Barrierefolien und PCR (Post-Consumer-Rezyklat) sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern deine schärfsten Argumente in der Verhandlung. - Hunter- & Farmer-Mentalität: Du liebst die aktive Akquise, besitzt aber ebenso das nötige Fingerspitzengefühl für die Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden. Hartnäckigkeit und eine hohe Eigenmotivation zeichnen dich aus. - Einsatzfreude & Mobilität: Dein idealer Wohnort liegt in der Region Bayern oder Baden-Württemberg. Eine sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie absolute Mobilität für den Außendienst im gesamten Vertriebsgebiet (Süddeutschland, Österreich und Schweiz) sind für dich selbstverständlich. As a Territory Development Specialist, you will represent Screenvision Media, focusing on selling our integrated cinema and digital advertising solutions to advertisers and their agencies targeting moviegoer audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your consultative sales approach to promote our cinema and digital media solutions. - Drive new business development through prospecting and strategic planning, leveraging marketing and research resources. - Negotiate advertising campaigns for local, statewide initiatives. - Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients and agencies. - Regularly meet with clients to present our latest media offerings and how they can enhance their business. - Serve as an external advocate for the company while collaborating with our sales division. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B. - Strong presentation and communication skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office. - Strategic planning and proposal development expertise. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation daily in market. - Ability to quickly learn and articulate new products in a fast-paced media environment. Desired but not required: - Knowledge or experience in digital advertising (e.g., OTT/CTV) is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is a plus. - Established network of agency and client contacts to support sales efforts.
