Role Description Estamos em busca de um(a) Cloud Engineer Sênior para integrar o time de Cloud & Infraestrutura, atuando em ambientes multicloud com foco em automação, CI/CD, sustentação de plataformas críticas e evolução da arquitetura cloud. O profissional será responsável por apoiar iniciativas de alta disponibilidade, observabilidade, segurança, performance e modernização da infraestrutura, trabalhando em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento, SRE e operações. Qualifications - Experiência sólida com AWS e GCP; - Conhecimento em CI/CD e automação de pipelines; - Experiência com GitLab CI, ArgoCD e Jenkins; - Conhecimento em Kubernetes e containers; - Experiência com Linux e scripting (Shell/Python); - Conhecimento em redes, DNS, SSL/TLS e troubleshooting de infraestrutura; - Vivência com observabilidade e monitoramento; - Conhecimento em Infrastructure as Code (Terraform será diferencial); - Boa comunicação e perfil colaborativo. Role Description We are seeking a Senior Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Engineer to join our team in Doral, Florida. In this role, you will lead engineering, modernization, administration, and optimization efforts for enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments supporting Department of Defense missions. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for VMware Horizon environments, VDI lifecycle management, cybersecurity compliance, systems engineering activities, and enterprise virtualization solutions supporting mission-critical operations. Key Responsibilities - Lead engineering and modernization efforts for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments supporting DoD missions, driving requirements analysis, solution design, and lifecycle documentation in alignment with DoD 5000.02 processes. - Engineer, manage, and optimize enterprise VDI platforms including VMware Horizon 2512, image creation, application layering, profile management, and performance tuning. - Administer and enhance VDI ecosystem components including Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), App Volumes, Instant Clone Pools, FSLogix for O365, and user experience optimization tools. - Troubleshoot complex VDI issues including pool configuration changes, vCenter-related desktop failures, image-related defects, and performance degradation across distributed environments. - Maintain and update VDI Gold Images, executing monthly patch cycles, application updates, and secure baseline enforcement. - Ensure technical integrity and compliance of engineering deliverables across ISO/IEC 15288 Technical, Enterprise, and Agreement process areas. - Develop and maintain engineering documentation including architecture diagrams, system design documents, engineering plans, requirements specifications, and interface control documents. - Support cybersecurity compliance activities including STIG implementation, RMF artifact development, secure baseline management, and continuous monitoring. - Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and customer stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure VDI operations. - Provide technical guidance and support for VDI engineering initiatives and modernization efforts. • Build, maintain, and improve Azure DevOps pipelines to support reliable application and infrastructure deployments across development, test, and production environments. • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using ARM and Bicep templates to deliver consistent, repeatable, and scalable Azure deployments. • Create and enhance PowerShell-based automation to streamline provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational support tasks. • Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing operation of Azure resources and platform services in alignment with engineering standards and business needs. • Partner with development, infrastructure, and support teams to improve cloud delivery processes, remove friction, and strengthen overall engineering efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving pipelines, deployments, Azure resources, environment configuration, and automation workflows. • Help monitor and optimize Azure resource usage, identify opportunities to reduce waste, and support cost optimization and FinOps efforts through reporting, tagging, and governance practices. • Support cloud security and governance initiatives by following established standards for access control, policy enforcement, resource consistency, and operational compliance. • Use Azure-native monitoring and logging tools to improve visibility, support issue resolution, and enhance platform reliability and performance. • Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices that improve automation, supportability, governance, and the long-term success of the Azure environment.
