Role Description Sie bearbeiten eigenständig alle Geschäftsvorfälle der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung und steuern den digitalen Rechnungs-Workflow in unserem SAP-System (X-Suite). - Übernahme der buchhalterischen Abwicklung unserer wirtschaftlichen Geschäftsbetriebe, beispielsweise bei wissenschaftlichen Kongressen. - Unterstützung des Teams bei der Haushaltsüberwachung und der Erstellung von Berichten durch Analyse von Budgetdaten und enge Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen. - Prüfung und Bewertung umsatzsteuerrechtlicher Sachverhalte sowie Erstellung der entsprechenden Steuervoranmeldungen für die Behörden. - Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Finanzprozesse als zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen und der Verwaltung. Qualifications - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z. B. als Industrie- oder Bürokauffrau/-mann, Steuerfachangestellte*r, Bankkauffrau/-mann) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einer Forschungseinrichtung, Hochschule oder öffentlich finanzierten Institution. - Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO (SAP R/3 oder S/4HANA) und im Zuwendungs- und Haushaltsrecht des öffentlichen Sektors. - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. - Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit. - Kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und offen gegenüber digitalen Arbeitsprozessen und Veränderungen. Role Description We are currently seeking a Fraud Investigator to join our team. This is a remote role. - Conducts financial crimes investigations of external and customer activity. - Writes clear and concise reports in an accurate and timely manner. - Communicates with branch, department managers, BSA Officers, and frontline groups as necessary, in researching and investigating cases. - Makes recommendations for closing account relationships to the Investigations management. Escalates identified risks to team leadership. - Uses various bank systems to conduct research of customer transaction activity including the case management system. - Keeps current on fraud and BSA/AML investigative operations and the application of the BSA and USA PATRIOT Act requirements along with training requirements for the investigative role. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of investigative experience. Financial crime investigation experience preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. - Relevant Professional Certification: Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), Associate of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) or Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS) is a plus. - Basic working knowledge of fraud detection/prevention principles, BSA/AML Compliance as it applies to suspicious activity for money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud. - Basic understanding of complex financial transactions and business relationships and relationships between business entities. - Good understanding of bank operations as it relates to the flow of funds through financial institutions. - Good understanding of fraud, AML and terrorist financing red flags related to the identification of suspicious activity. - Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and adapt to changing priorities. - Good analytical skills, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to manage deadlines, be organized, detail-oriented and high degree of accuracy. - Ability to write and translate complex situations into easily understood narratives. - Ability to be an independent thinker and to handle confidential, delicate and/or sensitive information or situations. - Strong PC skills desired with an emphasis in MS Excel and Word. Role Description Glean Education is seeking Structured Literacy Interventionists to provide targeted literacy intervention to students identified as at risk for reading difficulties. Interventionists deliver evidence-based instruction grounded in Structured Literacy principles, monitor student progress, and collaborate with educators and families to support student growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Science of Reading, dyslexia, and evidence-based literacy intervention practices. This role requires strong instructional skills, data-based decision-making, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and families. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - STUDENT INTERVENTION - Deliver small-group and individual literacy intervention using Structured Literacy and Orton-Gillingham-based practices. - Provide explicit, systematic instruction in phonological awareness, phonics, decoding, encoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. - Differentiate instruction based on student needs and assessment data. - Maintain a consistent intervention schedule and learning environment. - PROGRESS MONITORING & DATA USE - Administer and interpret literacy assessments and progress-monitoring measures. - Monitor student growth and adjust instruction based on data. - Maintain accurate student records and intervention documentation. - Communicate student progress with families, teachers, and program staff as appropriate. - COLLABORATION & PROFESSIONAL LEARNING - Participate in training and ongoing professional learning related to Structured Literacy and intervention best practices. - Collaborate with Structured Literacy Coaches and Coach Supervisors to strengthen intervention practices. - Implement feedback and recommendations to improve instructional effectiveness. - Participate in team meetings, calibration activities, and program improvement efforts. Qualifications - A master's degree is preferred (comparable work experience will be considered), with major coursework related to literacy. - Significant experience supporting students with dyslexia or other language-based learning. - Extensive experience delivering literacy intervention in school or tutoring settings. - Exemplary knowledge of delivering reading instruction based on the Science of Reading, Structured Literacy instructional practices, and Data-Based Decision Making. - LETRS, Orton-Gillingham, IMSE, Wilson, Keys to Literacy, AIM Institute, or similar Structured Literacy training. - 5 -10 years of previous experience as a reading interventionist, instructional coach, school leader, or administrator with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals. - Technologically Savvy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements - Use Zoom, Calendly, and Google Suite to schedule, deliver, and record coaching sessions. Benefits - The contract period will run from August 15 to May 15. - Contractor will be assigned teachers in client districts. - Pay will be based on coaching sessions. We pay $22,000 per year for two 45-minute sessions, inclusive of planning and follow-up. - An additional $6,000 stipend is available for the role of supervisor for all interventionists working in the assigned client district.
