Job Requirements
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing sales role within the FMCG/CPG industry with demonstrated selling and negotiating success
- Proven ability to develop and execute high impact selling strategies that grow revenue and market share
- Strong analytical capability including the able to interpret and act on syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/Circana) to build compelling customer stories
- Skilled negotiator and influencer who can navigate commercial conversations with confidence
- Demonstrated relationship builder who fosters long-term partnerships with customers and distributors while driving mutual growth
- Understanding of multiple customer go-to-market strategies, organizational structures, and business practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-to-advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Required Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience differentiating between clinical and technical denials through EOB’S, denial letters/payer correspondence, and data mining. The candidate should be knowledgeable and have worked with UB04 and/or HCFA 1500 Forms and be comfortable contacting payers to negotiate resolution on denials and have an understanding of DRG downgrades.
