• Design and produce a variety of materials, including: - Multi-page reports and publications - Event materials (flyers, handouts, banners) - Data visualizations (charts, infographics, diagrams) - Social media graphics - Web graphics - Templates (documents, PowerPoint presentations, social graphics) • Collaborate with a variety of people to translate complex policy into clear and engaging materials • Support the existing PowerLines brand identity • Help establish and refine the internal design workflow and organizational best practices • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistent communication

• Design and validate the ADatP-36 and STANAG 5659 security & / DSIG improvements • Collaborate with team members from NCIA, The Hague, The Netherlands • Participate in the development and testing of security-enabled communication protocols • Support the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of validation and interoperability events • Maintain and update the development backlog, including progress reporting, comments, risk identification, and issue tracking • Produce agreed technical deliverables in accordance with defined acceptance criteria, quality standards, and timelines • Ensure structured knowledge transfer to NCIA personnel and designated stakeholders throughout the contract execution

You Will - Define and drive long-term product vision and design strategy across TIDAL's key product areas - Lead the most complex, ambiguous design initiatives end-to-end-from early exploration through shipped experiences - Partner with Product, Engineering, and ML/AI leadership to shape roadmaps and influence business strategy - Set the bar for design excellence by defining systems, standards, and quality benchmarks at scale - Pioneer AI-driven design approaches that expand team capabilities and accelerate velocity - Mentor designers through feedback, critique, and knowledge sharing - Identify new opportunities for the business and act on them You Have - 8+ years of Product Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating high craft and systems thinking - Graphic design skills, working with building and extending brand for 360 activations and social to have cohesion across brand and product. - Experience developing long-term product vision that informs roadmaps across a brand or multiple products - Experience shipping impactful, strategic work autonomously-from multi-year visions to iterative releases - Expertise defining design systems and standards that promote cohesive experiences at scale - Influence and partnership skills as a trusted peer to leadership - Fluency with AI and new technologies-pioneering new approaches and identifying where AI unlocks creative or business potential - A passion for music, artists, and the creative economy - Comfort operating on a small, fast-moving team where you wear many hats Application Guidelines Candidates may submit up to 9 active applications within a 60-day period.
