• Collaborate to gather, organize, and analyze operational data to inform business decisions • Maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and recurring business metrics • Document existing processes, workflows, and team procedures in a clear and organized format • Support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to collect updates, track action items, and ensure follow-through on operational initiatives • Prepare summaries, presentations, and internal documentation for meetings, planning sessions, and project updates • Conduct research to support operational planning, benchmarking, and business reviews • Assist with project management, including timeline tracking, meeting notes, and progress reporting • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across operational tools and documentation • Participate in special projects and support ad hoc business operations needs as assigned
Job Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, or PowerPoint)
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work with different teams and stakeholders
- Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in business operations, program management, consulting, analytics, or similar areas (Nice to Have)
