• You define and execute Unifyr’s global partnerships and alliances strategy with a strong focus on scalable SaaS revenue growth through indirect channels. • You identify, recruit, and develop high-value strategic partners across consulting firms, digital agencies, system integrators, and channel specialists. • You establish Unifyr as a strategic platform within partner organizations - not just another software vendor. • You design and operationalize a modern Partner Program that drives long-term ecosystem engagement, enablement, and revenue contribution. • You build scalable partner motions including, Co-selling, Referral partnerships, Channel marketing, Advisory and consulting partnerships, Certified delivery ecosystems. • You create the foundation for partners to independently train, certify, and scale their own Unifyr practices and consulting capabilities. • You develop scalable motions for; Partner-sourced pipeline, Partner-influenced deals, Expansion and retention through partner engagement, Ecosystem-led market penetration. • You work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to embed partners into the full customer lifecycle. • You position Unifyr and its ecosystem as strategic advisors for modern channel and go-to-market transformation. • You help partners and customers build successful channel strategies around commerce, AI-driven customer engagement, and scalable SaaS growth models.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in partnerships, alliances, indirect sales, or ecosystem development within B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of modern indirect GTM models, channel ecosystems, and partner-led SaaS growth.
- Experience working with consultancies, system integrators, digital agencies, or channel-focused organizations.
- Proven ability to build scalable partner programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with operational execution capability.
- Experience building executive-level relationships and influencing complex enterprise buying environments.
- Comfortable operating in high-growth environments where structure, processes, and ecosystems are built from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of how consulting, advisory, and transformation services accelerate SaaS adoption and customer success.
