Job Requirements
- Practical experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science: You are an expert in developing and applying AI technologies and can clearly demonstrate their potential.
- Instructional aptitude: You explain concepts clearly, in a structured and motivating way — including to beginners and diverse groups.
- Digital affinity: You are comfortable in virtual classrooms, use digital tools confidently, and are open to new learning formats.
- Professional attitude & strong communication: You work solution-oriented, respectfully, and clearly — and want to pass your knowledge on to people starting new careers.
- Language proficiency: You have excellent German skills (at least C2); English skills are a plus.
- Certified pedagogical qualification & experience: You have at least two years of experience in adult education, possess solid professional expertise in artificial intelligence, and have proven your pedagogical qualification through an IHK-certified training (e.g., AEVO certificate).
