The Operations Business Intelligence Manager will lead a small team responsible for expanding analytics, metrics automation and visualization in accordance with Data Governance and Data Quality within Operations to align with overall Electronic Systems business analytics vision. The individual will be meeting with stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate priorities, and work cross functionally between teams. This includes managing multiple projects driven by business needs and providing training, education and support to the organization in an effort to expand data analytics acumen. This position will be responsible for managing the growth of this team whose mission is increasing visibility and access to data by developing reports and tools, saving time searching for the right information. This includes taking inventory on existing reports and building a strategy to optimize single source of truth KPI's. The Business Intelligence Manager will also interface with all levels of individuals within Operations to support ad hoc data requests, making those requests easily repeatable as required, and automating existing reports as requested.
