BI Analyst
Concept Plus, LLC
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support program visibility and decision-making • Analyze data across systems to identify trends, risks, and performance insights • Collaborate with development, DevSecOps, QA, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., systems, pipelines, tools such as Jira) to provide end-to-end visibility • Support development of KPIs and performance metrics related to delivery, system health, and operational outcomes • Ensure data is structured and presented in a way that supports self-service reporting and stakeholder access • Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability • Support data governance practices, including data definitions, lineage, and documentation • Assist in identifying opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows
Job Requirements
- Secret – Fully Cleared Only, must confirm clearance is active
- DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher
- US Citizens Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting within a technical or enterprise environment
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience working with structured data sources (e.g., SQL, relational databases)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile environment
