We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Poland) to drive commercial growth and expand the company's market presence across Poland. This is a highly visible, entrepreneurial role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape long-term market strategy. - Identify, build, and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and programmatic partners. - Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing. - Develop strategic partnerships within the Polish digital advertising ecosystem. - Represent Start.io at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. - Collaborate with global teams across Europe and the US to support business objectives. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management within AdTech. - Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem. - Experience working with European clients and partners. - Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets. - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of a market. - Comfortable communicating with US-based stakeholders. - Fluent English. - Based in Poland. Requirements - Existing network within the Polish AdTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising ecosystem. - Experience working with agencies, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or advertising technology platforms. - Experience in mobile advertising, audience targeting, or data-driven advertising solutions. - Previous experience owning a territory, market, or country-level business development function.
