You will primarily support the Merchant Network team, who is responsible for signing, onboarding, retaining, and growing restaurant partners on Grubhub. The Impact You Will Make - Analyze Complex Data -Sets: Perform sophisticated analytics to understand critical drivers of business performance, including fraud prevention, customer care, and logistics operations. Leverage your analytical curiosity to proactively uncover data trends, anomalies, and other key insights that can help the company grow faster, reduce costs, and increase profitability. - Build and Maintain Dashboard Ecosystems: Develop and manage a connected ecosystem of dashboards and reports across platforms such as Tableau and Redash. What You Bring to the Table - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role, with a proven track record of leading advanced data analyses and providing actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions, and a demonstrated ability to develop impactful dashboards and reporting tools that drive business decision-making. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
