Simple Technology Solutions is looking for a Business Development Consultant to add to our team. Quick Position Overview: US Citizenship is required Bachelor's Degree is required minimum of 5 years' position related experience is required Part-Time: 10 Hours per week Role Overview STS is seeking a part-time Business Development Consultant to provide targeted support for CMAS, ZTIS, and eAUTO proposals currently in progress. This role will focus on strengthening proposal positioning, supporting capture strategy, and ensuring alignment between proposal content, customer priorities, and overall competitiveness. This consultant will work closely with leadership and proposal stakeholders to help improve proposal quality, teaming alignment, and win probability. Key Responsibilities Provide business development and capture support for CMAS, ZTIS, and eAUTO proposals currently in progress Review proposal materials and provide strategic input to strengthen positioning, win themes, and differentiators Support teaming strategy and partner coordination to ensure proposal strength and completeness Provide insight into customer priorities and procurement expectations to improve proposal alignment Participate in proposal strategy discussions and recommend actions to improve competitiveness and win probability Required Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of business development, capture, or proposal support experience in government IT services
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government proposals and capture efforts
  • Strong understanding of government procurement and proposal processes
  • Experience supporting teaming strategy and partner coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic proposal support
