• Collaborate in defining the architecture of new solutions and maintaining current architectures; guide developers on adopted design patterns and support the selection of technologies for specific developments. • Understand client requirements and design tailored architectures to meet those needs. • Create detailed plans addressing security, scalability, availability and performance. • Ensure the project scope, context and constraints are documented and approved. • Facilitate decision-making by stakeholders by providing information and aligning it with overall objectives. • Define and document the system's structure and form. • Define and document strategies, standards, and guidelines to direct the system's construction. • Ensure the architecture covers the system's quality attributes. • Develop the architectural description. • Provide technical leadership. • Remain involved throughout the development process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree together with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
- DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS: TOGAF, OSA, AWS Solutions Architect, etc.
- Preferred experience: 3 years in backend Java development and software engineering practices focused on quality and automation.
- Knowledge of Java programming (JEE, Spring, JPA, Velocity) and RESTful APIs.
- Testing experience with JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, JMeter.
- Continuous integration with Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube.
- Design patterns (Design Patterns, Microservices Patterns).
- DevOps concepts and version control tools (Git, SVN).
- Knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and the Eclipse IDE.
