Licensed Health Insurance Agent – Medicare
Sagility
• Provide consultative support to customers calling in to explore health insurance options • Qualify callers, assess their needs, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate Medicare plan when applicable • Use active listening and in-depth knowledge to complete a thorough needs analysis and recommend a plan that fits • Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through health plan options • Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process • Represent BroadPath and our client partners with professionalism and care
Job Requirements
- Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
- Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by BroadPath/Sagility)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a call center or similar structured work environment
- 6+ months of consultative sales experience
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment
- Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close
