Job Description

Partner Solutions Engineer

Drata

• Partner closely with Business Development to support strategic partnerships • Demo Drata and build technical credibility with partners • Own partner enablement, including technical enablement and partner certification content • Analyze partner landscapes and deliver product recommendations • Project manage cross-functional workstreams to move partnerships from evaluation through launch • Partner with product and engineering teams to surface technical requirements • Support technical validation, solution design, and proof of concept work • Manage technical components of RFP and RFI responses

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS or security
  • Experience supporting technical partnerships, partner ecosystems, or complex customer-facing technical motions
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Experience delivering demos, presentations, trainings, or enablement for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to build credible relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong technical foundation, including familiarity with software development, web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Sound judgment, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives
