Sales Consulting
• Develop and implement data science and AI models for industrial use cases • Translate business problems into analytical approaches and practical solutions • Perform data exploration, data preparation and feature engineering • Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data availability and usability • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure business relevance • Support the deployment of models into production environments • Monitor and improve model performance over time • Contribute to the development of scalable AI capabilities and best practices • Communicate results, insights and recommendations in a clear and business-oriented way • Support decision-making, process optimization and the development of new business capabilities through data and AI solutions
Job Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in data science, machine learning or applied analytics
- Strong programming skills, especially Python and SQL
- Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with industrial or operational data is considered a strong advantage
- Experience with model deployment and MLOps concepts is beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
