Role Description If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love content, and know how to turn ideas into execution, this role is for you. We're hiring a Social Media Specialist to own the execution and day-to-day operations of social media across three connected brands: Rankings.io, Personal Injury Mastermind, and Chris Dreyer Co. This is a role for someone ready to take full ownership of a vertical. You'll be the engine behind our social presence, which includes: - Scheduling - Creating - Engaging - Coordinating - Continuously improving You should be equally comfortable behind a keyboard and in front of a camera. We aim to post more videos, and we want a Specialist who can execute briefs from our social strategist with their own creative spin. The shape of the role: You'll contribute ideas, observations, and creative input. You own execution end-to-end. • We are looking for support to expand our social media presence around the podcast [Bulle & Mensch]. • The focus is on high-quality, high-performing content formats for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. • Content preparation: You transform podcast content, statements and market insights into short, impactful social media posts. • Clip & posting ideas: You develop concepts for hooks, Reels, community posts or carousel formats. • Audience understanding: You know which content in the finance/trading niche attracts attention and triggers discussion. • Performance-oriented work: Together we analyze which content performs — and continuously optimize for reach, engagement and community growth. • Ownership: You work proactively and contribute your own ideas for reach, positioning and community building.
