Role Description Showcase company products and solutions to potential customers. Support customer through all solution architecture stages, including proof-of-concept planning to evaluation. - Engage in strategic discussions to identify solutions and target upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Collaborate with sales team to simplify pre-sales process of demo, evaluation, and closure for customers. - Evaluate customer needs and requirements to offer hyper-personalized product demos and to improve customer processes. - Create feedback and review systems to identify and resolve customer issues and deliver solutions. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert of the company product and its connected network technologies. - Engage with product management team to design new requirements, product roadmaps, and enhancements. - Work with the sales team to complete pre-sales processes of product demonstrations and evaluations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in a related occupation. - 5 years of experience with PKI and Machine Identity. - 5 years of experience with Load Balancing and Firewall Technologies, including F5, Palo Alto, and Cisco. - 5 years of experience with Certificate Life Cycle Management tools and Identity Access management tools, including SSH, LDAP, and Okta. - 4 years of experience with Service and DevOps Automation tools, including ServiceNow, Ansible, Terraform, and OpenShift. - 3 years of experience with Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes. - 3 years of experience with Microservices, including AWS, GCP, and Azure. Requirements - 100% Remote Role. - Telecommuting Permitted. - Approximately 30% travel required. - Salary range is $200,000 - $250,000. Associate Director – Enterprise Information Architecture
