Role Description We are looking for Danish speakers to join a work-from-home team supporting one of the world's most famous luxury car brands. In this job, you do much more than just answer phone calls—you give an excellent service experience. Working from your home anywhere in Greece, you will act like a personal helper for Danish owners of high-end cars, helping them manage their luxury vehicles and the technology inside them. The Job: Digital Support & Tech Expert As a brand helper, you represent the very best of the car world. Your goal is to give high-quality, personal help that matches the top quality of the cars themselves. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Personal Customer Care: Help Danish car owners understand advanced vehicle features, high-tech systems, and special service requests. - Tech Advice: Guide owners through digital tools, including touch-screen systems, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and software updates. - Roadside Help: Quickly organize help or emergency repairs so the customer's trip can continue without delay. - Professional Talking: Speak and write to customers via phone, email, and chat using polite and professional Danish. - Keep Records: Carefully update customer information in the system to help keep owners loyal to the brand. Qualifications - Must speak Danish at a native or near-native level (C1/C2). - Good level of English (B2) to work with the rest of the company. - Natural customer service skills. - Comfortable using software and interested in new car tech like AI and electric vehicles. - Personal discipline to stay focused and work hard in a 100% work-from-home setup. Requirements - No need to be a car expert; full training provided through our brand school.
