Role Description We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Travel Scheduling Coordinator to assist with managing travel timelines, coordinating reservations, and supporting client scheduling needs. This role plays a key part in ensuring travel plans are structured efficiently and all details are handled with accuracy. This is a work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote environment. - Coordinate travel schedules, reservations, and timing logistics - Assist with organizing travel plans based on client preferences and availability - Review and verify scheduling details to ensure accuracy - Communicate confirmations, updates, and important information clearly - Maintain organized records of travel schedules and client requests - Monitor timelines and ensure all arrangements are completed on time Qualifications - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple schedules - Comfortable using digital tools, email, and scheduling platforms - Preferred (Not Required) - Experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service roles - Interest in travel, hospitality, or event-related services Work Environment This is a remote role requiring a reliable internet connection, strong organization, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a virtual workspace. Role Description The principle purpose of this position is to work with the Child Care Aware Manager to provide Child Care Aware services for Dakota, Scott, and Carver counties and help lead the agency in the promotion of Early Childhood School readiness and the safety and well-being of children. Provides direct supervision of the Child Care Aware Specialists. Position is a full-time exempt position. Primarily day hours with some occasional evenings and/or weekend hours. The mission statement is “360 Communities delivers safety and stability that improves lives.” - Follow all mandated reporting laws for child abuse and neglect. - Follow all data privacy laws. - Promote all Child Care Aware services provided by 360 communities within the contracted counties, as well as Child Care Aware services that the District Site (Think Small) provides to Dakota, Scott, and Carver counties. - Expand and strengthen the Child Care Delivery System in Dakota, Scott, and Carver counties by building and maintaining contacts with parents, licensed programs and providers, family, friend and neighbor caregivers (FFN), as well as community members and groups. - Provide work direction and supervision to Child Care Aware Specialists, including managing work schedule, overseeing work, employee development and building a strong and effective team. Schedule 1 on 1 check ins at least 1 per month. - Assist with recruiting activities to engage participants in the Parent Aware program in all three counties. - Coordinate, enhance, and create partnerships with organizations such as school districts, churches, and others in the counties that help promote early childhood school readiness, whenever possible, including those serving FFN providers. - Collaboration with the Child Care Aware Manager to assign cohort caseloads and monitor appropriate data in Develop. - Attend District, State and other Child Care Aware meetings and all 360 Communities meetings. - Collaborate with Child Care Aware Manager to plan and lead CCA team meetings. - Coordinate and lead Parent Aware team meetings. - Participate in the 360 Communities Extended Leadership Team meetings and workgroups to help lead and guide organizational strategic work. - Demonstrate commitment to work with diverse populations. Support staff in continuing to learn and grow in their cultural awareness. Collaborate with program, extended leadership and DCYF to help build equitable services and access for all. - Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and tools to help monitor progress and measure outcomes as needed for statistical and reporting purposes for Parent Aware Program. - Responsible for assisting with submitting all required work plans and grant reports to DCYF and make sure the program stays within the boundaries of the budget. - Attend all training sessions as directed or needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, Parent Education, Human and Family Support Services or a similar degree, at least 2 years' experience in the early childhood industry; or the equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 1 year of supervising a team preferred. - Be self-directed, with demonstrated ability to work independently, motivated and demonstrate professional decision-making abilities which are in conjunction with the agency’s philosophy. - Can solve complex problems and deal with a variety of intangible variables with limited direction. - Able to delegate appropriate tasks/duties. - Public relations skills to ensure professional agency representation at all times. - Strong leadership skills including the ability to serve as a positive change agent to staff. - Commitment to working with diverse populations as stated in the agency’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Statement. - Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in order to ensure presentation in a professional manner at all times. - Must have excellent organizational skills.
