• Drive OAT Tour Products in South Korea to meet Excellence Goals • Audit products with GCC Brand Guidelines and develop product change proposals to bring into guidelines and achieve regional excellence goals. • Review all Travelers Surveys and Web Forum comments, Product Scorecards, End of Trip Reports to develop Quality Action Plans and/or Product Change Proposals to achieve regional excellence goals. • Drive the growth of each individual member in the organization. • Drive the achievement of Excellence goals of all products in South Korea via day-to-day operations. • Work together with Asia buyers and operation team, to create, build, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors, drive resolutions of operational/vendor issues to ensure excellent quality of vendors. • Ride along tours to meet Travelers, tour guides and vendors onsite to collect live feedback, raise and resolve Hot Issues and drive implementation of product changes and Quality driven actions. • Develop and lead hiring plan to hire Tour Guides based on their culture fit with our company values (skills and experiences are second). • Develop and lead training and coaching plans to train, coach tour guides via online meetings and in person meetings to drive their consistent performance. • Ride along with Tour Guides while on tour to support their performance. • Drive Tour Assignment based on Tour Guides performance and company needs. • Offer 24/7 emergency support for all Tour Guides. • Create and distribute Monthly Newsletter to Tour Guides. • Manage all administrative duties. • Be responsible for the excellent quality of day-to-day operations of all products in South Korea. • Maintain/identify/develop “Grand Circle Foundation” and “Day in The Life” sites, drive grant proposals and implementation in partnership with site leaders. • Closely monitor the quality of the vendors and provide alternatives to Buyer/RGM. • Own the regional budget for hiring/training on yearly basis.

Job Requirements

  • South Korean nationality
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in international travel trade.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skill, people management, risk management, and change management.
  • Result-oriented, attention to details, and quality focus.
