Orca-T Activation Manager

• Serve as the primary liaison between Orca Bio and identified hospitals becoming Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs). • Responsible for building and managing key relationships, supporting site readiness and execution, and driving appropriate use of Orca Bio’s investigational therapies. • Report into the VP of Account Management and Site Enablement. • Create a smooth and effective onboarding experience for treatment sites, physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders. • Lead site onboarding activities including qualification, training, and workflow setup. • Oversee training activities related to product handling, including Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) compliance. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ATC needs and resolve barriers to treatment. • Analyze onboarding activities and timelines to proactively identify opportunities to optimize site onboarding and activation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; advanced degree in a scientific or business field preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment, preferably in cell therapy.
  • Proven track record in account management, preferably in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.
  • Strong operational understanding of academic medical centers and/or BMT transplant centers.
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in hematology/oncology or bone marrow transplantation preferred.
  • Previous experience launching or supporting cell or gene therapy products preferred.
  • Familiarity with site operations, patient access pathways, and clinical treatment logistics preferred.
  • Prior experience working in cross-functional field-based teams preferred.

Role Description The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will serve as a key liaison between Talcott’s Distribution team, internal Operations, and the back offices of Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs). Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in annuity operations, case management, or relationship management. - Strong knowledge of independent distribution, IMO models, and annuity business processing. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex service issues across organizational boundaries. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines. - Bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems and workflow management tools is preferred. Requirements - This position shall require 25% travel within the U.S. Compensation This range represents the minimum and maximum annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range. The base pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, competence, and demonstration of proficiencies essential for the role. The base pay is just one component of Talcott’s total annual compensation for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, long-term incentives and recognition.
