About This Role As a Solution Lead at Stitch, you'll be driving our new business sales efforts, championing the power of Braze and the value that only Stitch’s services can deliver. You'll partner closely with Braze Account Executives, co-selling and crafting Braze-centric solutions that align with our client’s ambitions. Your role is crucial in showcasing how Braze solutions supported by Stitch can drive success for some of the world's most beloved brands. What You’ll Do - Thoughtfully educate prospective brands on Braze's value by articulating how Stitch's services can meet their needs. - Build strong partnerships with teams at Braze, becoming a trusted ally in co-selling efforts. - Manage complex sales cycles while crafting tailored presentations and proposals that showcase the value that the Stitch team can bring to Braze implementations and optimizations. - Use your martech expertise to identify prospects' core marketing challenges and design comprehensive solutions that address their needs. - Be a trusted advisor to your accounts through strategic thinking and prescriptive recommendations related to marketing, marketing technology, and marketing processes. Developing a strong point of view and organizing your thoughts into a well-articulated plan is imperative. - Use your expertise in B2B sales to confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to meet bookings targets. - Become an expert in Braze and its technology partners to anticipate customer needs and questions effectively. - Travel, around 25%, to client sites and actively lead strategic discussions with a high level of engagement What Does Success Look Like In This Role? - You build solid, lasting relationships with the sales team at Braze. Your deep martech expertise and creativity during the sales process make you the go-to person for the Braze team to partner with on complex deals. - You are extremely creative in the methods you use to reach out to prospects and gain their buy-in during the sales process. You skip the standardized LinkedIn messages and use a customized approach instead. For every client, you build tailored presentations that spotlight the unique connections our Stitchers have with their brand, bringing our commitment to a successful solution to life. - You are the true owner of every sales cycle. While you gather insights from others, you take full ownership and steer each prospect’s journey with confidence and commitment. You proactively outline the detailed steps you’ll take in each scenario during each phase of the sales process. - You confidently negotiate contracts and SOW’s. You find thoughtful solutions to get the deal signed. - You consistently close deals to meet booking targets. Quotas don’t intimidate you - they motivate you. You create strategies to meet them with a fun, competitive spirit.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in consultative sales within the marketing technology services industry.
- Deep understanding of marketing technology, customer engagement platforms, and integration strategies.
- Solid experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with high-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Background in planning, customizing, and delivering strategic technology demonstrations
- A track record of meeting quotas.
- Ability to travel around 25% to client sites
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
