Role Description Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Project Manager (m/w/d). Diese Position bietet langfristige Perspektiven mit anschließender Übernahme. Kontext: Projektleitung bei kleinen/mittleren Projekten im näheren Umfeld der Bundeswehr inkl. Steuerung von 2 Teilprojektleitern. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen: - Verantwortliche Koordination, Planung und Durchführung von kleinen/mittleren IT-Infrastrukturprojekten (z. B. IT-Rollout, Harmonisierung Führungsinformationssysteme) vom Projektset-up bis zum Projektabschluss. - Verantwortliche Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen bei der Projektumsetzung. - Unterstützung des Anforderungsmanagements sowie des Account-Managements im Rahmen von Angebotsprozessen. - Koordination der Durchführung von Aufwandsschätzungen und Leistungsbeschreibungen. - Zuständigkeit für das Stakeholder-Management und das Kosten-Controlling sowie für die Erstellung der Projekt-Reportings. - Erstellen von Projektplänen, Aufzeigen und Koordinieren von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken in der Projektplanung. - Koordination und selbstständige Erarbeitung von Arbeitspaketen. - Erstellung von Datenanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Aufbereitung dieser in Präsentationen und Berichten. - Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten. - Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops. Qualifications - Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Bachelor in einem IT-Studiengang. - Alternativ eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine anerkannte Berufsausbildung in einem IT-Ausbildungsberuf und zusätzlich entsprechende Berufserfahrung von mind. 6 Jahren. - Berufserfahrung als Projektmitarbeiter, Berater im Bereich Digitalisierung (mind. 3 Jahre). - Erfahrung in der Projektleitung (mind. 2 Jahre). - Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagementstandards (Zertifizierung: IPMA D oder Vergleichbares). - ITIL Grundkenntnisse. - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projekt Management Tools bspw. mit Jira oder vergleichbaren Tools. - Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Office-Paket. - MS Project Kenntnisse. - Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. • Provide end-to-end project management for a range of digital products and initiatives, including website and mobile app development, digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), and e-commerce platform builds • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, web developers, content creators, and digital marketers, through the entire digital project lifecycle • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and strategic digital objectives • Create comprehensive project roadmaps, user stories, and detailed digital project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for platforms and tools • Manage day-to-day project tasks within Agile methodologies • Facilitate key project ceremonies (e.g., sprints, stand-ups) and coordinate workflow using project management software like Azure • Proactively identify potential risks, such as technical issues, scope creep, or resource bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track and within budget • Serve as the central communication hub, providing regular status updates, performance reports, and sprint reviews to stakeholders • Ensure that the final products meet defined standards for usability (UX), accessibility (WCAG), and functionality across various devices and browsers
