• Lead the migration of a subdomain into the primary website experience • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure technical alignment and implementation integrity • Build trusted working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly marketing, product, and engineering teams • Implement updated website designs, messaging, and content in partnership with a contract writer and designer • Develop scalable website structures and workflows that enable the marketing team to make updates more efficiently over time • Maintain and optimize WordPress and Squarespace environments, ensuring site stability, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance • Troubleshoot technical issues related to migration, CMS functionality, integrations, redirects, templates, and page performance • Advise on website best practices, technical feasibility, and implementation strategy throughout the project lifecycle • Support SEO and content migration considerations during implementation • Ensure high attention to detail across QA, responsive behavior, and user experience.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with both WordPress and Squarespace (required)
- Proven experience leading or supporting complex website migrations and CMS transitions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, marketing, and creative stakeholders
- Strong understanding of CMS architecture, responsive development, SEO fundamentals, and website performance optimization
- Experience working within technically complex backend environments and navigating cross-functional approval processes
- Ability to independently manage implementation while communicating clearly around risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving project environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
