Business Intelligence Analyst
Bounteous
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker and/or Tableau • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions • Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs • Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests • Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities • Document reporting logic, workflows, and dashboard definitions
Job Requirements
- 6 years of BI Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of project workflows and delivery processes
- Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments.
