Role Description KRW is seeking a bright, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. The Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of appointment and resource scheduling within the organization. This position is responsible for: - Coordinating schedules across multiple departments - Balancing priorities - Optimizing the use of time and resources to meet organizational goals - Acting as a central point of contact for internal teams and external clients - Facilitating clear communication and timely updates - Proactively managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts Ultimately, the Scheduling Coordinator contributes to a seamless experience for both staff and clients by ensuring that all scheduling needs are met accurately and promptly. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred - Proven experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or a related role - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Requirements - Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or customer service setting (preferred) - Familiarity with industry-specific scheduling tools or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (preferred) - Ability to analyze scheduling data to identify trends and recommend improvements (preferred) - Certification in project management or administrative support is a plus (preferred) - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate daily scheduling activities for multiple teams or departments - Communicate with internal staff and external clients to confirm appointments, reschedule as necessary, and provide timely updates - Maintain and update scheduling databases and calendars with accuracy - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues proactively - Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to understand scheduling priorities - Generate reports related to scheduling metrics and provide insights to improve scheduling processes - Support the onboarding of new team members by explaining scheduling procedures and tools Skills The Scheduling Coordinator utilizes strong organizational and time management skills daily to juggle multiple calendars and appointments efficiently. Role Description As New Patient Nurse, you play a vital role in our remote clinical team. You conduct pre-assessment consultations with prospective patients, gather the medical information our consultants need to make safe prescribing decisions, and set the tone for the patient relationship from the very first call.
