• Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout • Serve as the primary client-facing representative for all project execution activities • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize performance and efficiency • Develop project charters, schedules, and comprehensive project plans • Refine scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders • Direct and manage project tasks in accordance with approved plans and timelines • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders • Track project performance against schedule, budget, and quality metrics • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Provide mentorship and project oversight to Project Managers as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, GIS, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in GIS/mapping or related fields
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects from initiation through completion
- Experience developing project schedules, work breakdown structures, and Gantt charts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
