Affect
Role Description Affect Therapeutics is transforming addiction recovery with our innovative, evidence-based digital program for stimulant, alcohol, and cannabis use. By combining mobile technology, behavioral support, and medical care, we empower members on their journey to recovery. We’re seeking empathetic, passionate Psychiatrists to collaborate with our experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and provide virtual support for member care. This is a fully remote, part-time position, ideal for those looking to help change the way addiction is treated. - Collaborate with PMHNPs licensed in states where Affect operates, holding monthly or quarterly meetings based on state regulations - Review member records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication-related counseling - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Affect’s security standards to protect member confidentiality - Fulfill state-specific collaboration requirements - Conduct provider evaluations and maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR system Qualifications - Active and verifiable state medical license(s) in psychiatry - Medicaid enrollment within the state(s) of contract - Minimum 2+ years of licensed experience, preferably in the field of substance use disorder treatment - High comfort level with technology, including EMRs and telehealth platforms - Strong empathy and passion for supporting members in recovery Benefits - Be part of a team that is revolutionizing addiction treatment with a digital-first approach - This fully remote, part-time role allows flexibility while working with an engaged team dedicated to improving member care

The Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the AI platform and machine learning applications that will empower Cotiviti's Product Groups to deliver innovative AI-powered experiences to our customers.
