• Lead high-priority AI strategy and operations initiatives across Oklo’s business areas • Translate AI capabilities into actionable execution plans, including defining use cases, owners, timelines, risks, and measurable outcomes • Drive internal AI adoption across engineering, licensing, legal, operations, and corporate workflows • Build lightweight systems and processes to track AI initiatives, adoption metrics, operational improvements, and execution progress • Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, cycle times, quality, or decision-making • Partner with technical teams to evaluate and integrate AI into plant design, monitoring, optimization, and deployment workflows • Support relationships with AI and enterprise technology partners, including helping structure collaborations and align internal priorities • Prepare materials and recommendations for executive leadership related to AI strategy, capabilities, and investment priorities • Establish practical standards and best practices for AI tool usage across teams • Help build repeatable systems for evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into Oklo’s operations

• Lead the development and execution of key strategic initiatives, including sector-specific evidence generation networks, expert engagement programs, and eminence-building efforts. • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of AIR’s AI strategy, operating model, and value proposition, working closely with the Managing Director of AI and Growth Office leadership. • Monitor and interpret AI-related developments across policy, technology, and practice, synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations for AIR’s leadership and external partners. • Author or co-author high-quality external thought leadership, including white papers, research briefs, blog posts, and conference presentations that advances AIR’s visibility and credibility on AI topics. • Represent AIR at high-visibility conferences, convenings, and stakeholder engagements related to AI and human development. • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with senior leaders in government, philanthropy, academia, and the private sector aligned with AIR’s AI priorities, including advancing relationships from initial engagement towards sustained collaboration. • Lead outreach and cultivation for high-value relationships, including sector experts, advisory board members, and cross-sector collaborators. • Develop and deliver materials for senior-level external meetings, including concept notes, briefings, and strategic proposals that clearly articulate AIR’s value proposition and pathway to collaboration. • Utilize conferences and convenings to make strategic connections, document insights, and advance mission-aligned partnership opportunities. • Contribute to the development of tailored engagement strategies across multiple sectors and domains.

• Support relationship building with external partners and sector experts. • Prepare materials for external meetings including briefings and follow-up documentation. • Draft and edit external-facing materials including concept notes and blog posts. • Monitor AI policy, technology, and market developments and translate findings into briefing materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with practitioners, researchers, funders, government agencies, and technology organizations aligned with AIR’s AI priorities. • Lead or co-lead outreach to potential partners, collaborators, and sector experts across multiple domains with the goal of advancing relationships toward defined collaboration or funding opportunities. • Develop and deliver materials for partnership meetings and external engagements that reflect partner needs, market context, and potential pathways to collaboration or funding, including concept notes, briefings, and proposals. • Represent AIR at conferences, convenings, and other external engagements related to AI, human development, and public systems to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and identify follow-on opportunities. • Contribute to the development and execution of sector-tailored outreach and engagement strategies. • Draft and develop high-quality external communications, including white papers, blog posts, research briefs, and presentations tied to AIR’s AI work. • Support AIR’s AI communications plan, including conference preparation, publications pipeline, and social media engagement. • Contribute to early-stage concept design and proposal shaping, helping position AIR for mission-aligned funding opportunities based on partner needs, market signals, and competitive context. • Monitor the AI landscape across social sectors, and translate insights into strategic recommendations that inform AIR’s external positioning and engagement priorities. • Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and market signals, including opportunities for partnership development, funding, and strategic collaboration. • Conduct partner profiling and competitive intelligence to inform AIR’s approach to sector engagement and positioning and support opportunity prioritization and capture planning. • Contribute to the launch and ongoing operation of sector-specific AI evidence generation networks, including coordinating expert convenings, communities of practice, and cross-network learning activities. • Support operational systems that enable the team to track partners, manage business development opportunities, and maintain proposal materials. • Help identify and track AI-related business development opportunities, including supporting opportunity qualification, prioritization, and coordination of inputs for proposal development.
