Technical SEO/SEM Engineer
Budgetly
• Own and improve organic and paid search performance • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, site health) • Build and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) • Improve website performance impacting rankings and conversions (Core Web Vitals) • Develop reporting systems across GA4, Search Console, and ad platforms • Run ongoing experimentation (keywords, landing pages, bids, technical fixes) • Build AI agents to automate workflows and scale execution
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing (agency or in-house)
- Strong technical SEO knowledge (site architecture, crawlability, indexation)
- Experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Strong data analysis skills (GA4, Search Console, reporting tools)
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and performance
- Experience building or working with AI agents (e.g. Claude code)
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing tools)
- Ability to translate data into clear actions and outcomes
- Strong systems thinking and experimentation mindset
