In this role, you are more than just a support agent; you are a brand ambassador. Whether a customer is struggling to recover their account, syncing their devices, or exploring a new digital service, you will be the expert voice that guides them to a solution with patience and wit. Key Responsibilities - Inbound Support: Handle incoming inquiries from Polish-speaking customers via phone and chat, maintaining the highest standards of etiquette. - Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware connectivity, software updates, and cloud-based services. - Account Security: Assist users with sensitive data inquiries, password resets, and subscription management while strictly following security protocols. - Customer Education: Empathetically educate users on how to get the most out of their products, tailoring your language to their technical level. - System Management: Log all interactions accurately in our global database to ensure continuity of service. Qualifications - Native or C2-level Polish is essential. - Fluent in English (B2 minimum) to navigate training, software, and internal updates. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where software and policies evolve quickly. - Service-first mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical jargon into actionable advice. - Natural curiosity for consumer electronics and a desire to learn the "ins and outs" of a sophisticated OS. - Prior experience is great to have, but attitude and communication skills are prioritized. Requirements - You must be a legal resident of Portugal (with a valid NIF, Social Security, and Residence Permit/Cartão de Cidadão). - A private, quiet area to work from home with a stable, high-speed fiber-optic internet connection. - Availability to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends, to support our global user base.
