Role Description Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping people? We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor to join our elite support team. In this role, you won't just be answering phones; you will be the human connection for users of one of the world's most iconic and innovative technology ecosystems. As a Remote Advisor, you are the face (and voice) of the brand. You will assist customers with everything from setting up their new high-end devices to troubleshooting software issues and managing account security. We value empathy as much as technical skill—if you can turn a frustrated caller into a loyal fan, you belong here. Qualifications - Language Mastery: Native or C2 level in Czech with a strong command of English (B2/C1) for training materials and internal communication. - Tech Enthusiasm: Comfortable navigating smartphones, tablets, and various OS environments. - Remote Readiness: Quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. - Experience: Prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but not a requirement. Comprehensive, paid training will be provided. Requirements - Residency: Must currently live in Portugal and possess a valid NIF and work permit (if applicable). - Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including some weekends or holidays, within the service operating hours.
