Role Description AccessHope is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to help us uniquely deploy the latest cancer knowledge to the places it’s needed most. As an ideal candidate, you’ll thrive in supporting the mission-critical role of creating, building, and expanding relationships with AccessHope and its clients. This position will be responsible for owning and overseeing the relationship of the clients assigned to you through the execution of clearly defined strategic initiatives that enable efficient operations and increase client engagement. - In collaboration with the leadership and senior staff, manage the day-to-day relationship of the clients, partners, or vendors. - Develop relationships to drive client, partner, or vendor engagement through developing solutions for business-critical issues and implementing long-term engagement strategies. - Provide mentorship and coaching to less experienced account/relationship managers. - Collaborate with internal departments to manage client, partner, or vendor performance guarantees, ensuring optimal distribution processes are adhered to. - Own and manage the preparation and development of presentation materials for client, partner, or vendor Leadership, the Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team, and external stakeholders. - Plan and strategize to retain and strengthen current relationships through monthly reviews with leadership teams and quarterly reviews with the ELT. - Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners as necessary for optimal client project delivery. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or related discipline; minimum plus 4 years’ experience may substitute for minimum education requirements. - Five or more years’ account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting. Requirements - Master’s degree preferred. - 7 or more years’ account/relationship management experience or related experience in a consulting, healthcare, or similar setting preferred. - PMP certified preferred; lean or six sigma certifications. Role Description The Infrastructure Manager is a key role, strategically positioned to manage day-to-day operations and execute long-term planning of the company’s physical expansion to new markets. You will be the project executive responsible for the delivery of critical infrastructure required to support the company’s growth and operations. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in EV charging and facility operations coupled with proven experience in vendor management and financial ownership. - Operational Leadership & Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency, security, and reliability of all physical infrastructure. Identify data streams and areas that can be used with AI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for infrastructure health and to improve performance. - Budget and Financial Management: Ensure adherence to the infrastructure capital and operating budget (CapEx/OpEx). Role Description The Senior Manager, Remote Screening Sites will be responsible for coordinating with the LA28 Security Functional Area and relevant law enforcement entities on Remote Screening Sites (RSS).
