• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports. • Transform complex datasets into clear and meaningful visualizations that support business decision-making. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions. • Apply visualization best practices to improve usability and user experience. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. • Deliver actionable recommendations based on data findings. • Work with multiple data sources and databases to extract, process, and present information effectively. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to support data integration and reporting needs. • Clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for performance and scalability. • Document data sources, reporting methodologies, and dashboard logic. • Provide support and training to end-users to maximize dashboard adoption and usability.

• Lead end-to-end migration of Tableau workbooks and dashboards to Power BI, including report layout, logic, and data source connectivity • Assess existing Tableau environments to document report inventory, calculated fields, and data connections in preparation for migration • Build and optimize Power BI semantic models to support enterprise-scale reporting and self-service analytics • Develop DAX measures equivalent to Tableau calculated fields and table calculations • Design and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on performance, usability, and visual consistency • Collaborate with data engineers and ETL developers to ensure clean, performant data pipelines supporting migrated reports • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for business users transitioning from Tableau to Power BI • Document migration decisions, DAX logic, and model design to support maintainability and future development • Advise clients on Power BI governance, workspace organization, and best practices post-migration • Support ongoing Power BI development and enhancements beyond the initial migration scope as needed

• Business Partnership & Translation: Partner closely with business stakeholders to capture data requirements and business questions, translating them into effective, data-driven Power BI reports and interactive dashboards. • Insight Generation & Visualization: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards that encourage user self-sufficiency, deliver actionable insights, and adhere to modern UI/UX best practices. • Advanced Development: Apply expertise in Power BI development to create cutting-edge visualizations, carefully crafted reports, and performance-driven scorecards using interactive and advanced techniques. • Data Integration & Quality: Perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations, integrating data from disparate sources while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for reporting. • Data Shaping: Utilize Power Query to efficiently shape, clean, and transform raw, complex datasets into optimal, usable data models. • Database Optimization: Leverage SQL Server expertise to design, optimize, and maintain underlying database structures, ensuring efficient data storage and rapid retrieval for reporting. • Performance Tuning: Proactively monitor and enhance the performance of Power BI solutions by optimizing queries, managing data refresh schedules, and continually improving the overall user experience.
