Role Description The Senior Manager, Practice IT Strategy supports the Director, Practice IT Strategy in developing and advancing the IT vision and roadmap for OneOncology's ITSM Practices. This role serves as a hands-on strategic partner for assigned practices, driving execution of IT strategy, supporting roadmap and budget development, and ensuring practices receive a high-quality, responsive IT experience. - Partner with the Director, Practice IT Strategy and ITSM practice leadership to execute IT strategies that align with practice business objectives and OneOncology standards. - Serve as the primary IT strategic partner and day-to-day point of contact for assigned practices, building strong relationships with practice leaders and executive stakeholders. - Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of IT roadmaps for assigned practices, focusing on scalability and maturity of practice technology. - Support practices with IT budgeting and financial planning for technology investments, partnering with the Director on strategic planning conversations. - Create and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for assigned partner practices, presenting progress against roadmap, IT support performance, and recommendations to practice leadership. - Use the IT maturity scorecard to evaluate assigned practices and recommend improvements that move them up the maturity curve. - Partner closely with the Service Delivery team to monitor IT support metrics, share results with practices, and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Scope IT projects for assigned practices and coordinate with the IT project engineering team to ensure timely, on-budget execution. - Provide Oncology and Urology specific IT knowledge, educating practices on software, hardware, and technologies relevant to their specialty. - Collaborate with peers across IT and the business to keep initiatives aligned with organizational goals. - Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the Director and practice teams. - Additional responsibilities as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. - Previous experience in IT support, IT engineering, software development, clinical app support, or other information technology field. - 5+ years in healthcare IT, leading or executing technology initiatives within a healthcare organization. - Demonstrated experience contributing to IT roadmaps, supporting budgeting cycles, and conducting technology assessments. - Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including physician leadership where applicable. - Working knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) principles and best practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to travel to practice sites as needed up to 30%. - vCIO or fractional CIO consulting experience is highly desirable. Requirements - Ability to translate IT strategy into actionable plans and execute against them within practice environments. - Working knowledge of healthcare business drivers, priorities, and basic financial management concepts. - Experience contributing to IT roadmaps and process improvement initiatives. - Familiarity with healthcare industry technologies, with a particular interest in Oncology and Urology solutions. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with physician leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. - Ability to evaluate technology environments, support business reviews, and analyze performance metrics. - Experience supporting practices through technology adoption and change. - Ability to define IT project requirements and coordinate with operational teams for execution. - Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving them to resolution. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup culture across multiple practice environments. - Attendance is an essential job function. In this role, you will play an integral role in guiding and growing FAS’ emerging program onClimate Tech and Innovation. This program focuses on building support for cutting-edge research in overlooked areas, while harnessing market and economic forces to scale high-impact environmental and climate solutions. A major initial focus of this role will be building support for responsible research into climate interventions and promoting productive, science-based dialogues around climate interventions among policymakers and in the public discourse.
