Regional Finance Director

Five Star Automotive Group

• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics including P&L statements, forecasting, budgeting, and expense management • Collaborate with General Managers, Sales Directors and department heads to ensure financial objectives are achieved • Oversee the F&I operations to ensure compliance, profitability, and efficiency • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements related to financial transactions and documentation • Develop and implement consistent finance policies, procedures, and best practices • Provide training, mentorship, and performance management for finance managers and staff • Maintain relationships with lending institutions, vendors, and partners to support F&I operations • Prepare and present regular financial reports to executive and operational leadership

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive dealership finance operations.
  • 3 years of experience in Senior Leadership Role in Automotive Dealership Environment
  • Impeccable Job Performance and History showing excellent decision making as well as superior leadership and personal integrity
  • Proven success in overseeing multi-location dealership financial performance
  • Strong knowledge of automotive F&I regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds) and financial reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
