Job Summary This position is responsible for oversight of clinical reviews for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This position serves as a subject matter expert and consultant within the Behavioral Health clinical team on autism spectrum disorder cases and ABA services. Conduct and document peer-to-peer reviews with external ABA providers and consult on ABA cases being reviewed by appeals staff. Develop and/or oversee team training and present data and reporting to Behavioral Health leadership. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Licensed as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) - Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral (BCBA-D) - Valid, current license in good standing in state of operations - 3 years BCBA-D clinical experience in conducting/supervising ABA treatment - Verbal and communication skills - Analytical and decision making skills - PC and database experience.
