• Leading complex deployments, migrations, and strategic customer initiatives in the realm of API Management, Infrastructure, GitOps, and more • Designing complex, scalable implementation architectures and solving tactical technical challenges • Working directly with customer’s engineering teams in building out their lower and production environments • Delivering Professional Services engagements and supporting strategic accounts • Identifying risks, removing blockers, and driving successful delivery outcomes • Collaborating across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams • Feeding real-world customer insight back into product and platform improvements • Dives deep into product & code to identify root causes, problem solve solutions and if necessary, engineer pull requests to unblock the customer
Job Requirements
- Strong engineering background across APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms
- Experience delivering complex technical projects in customer environments
- Comfortable working independently in unfamiliar or high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly
- Pragmatic problem solver with a focus on quality, scalability, and customer outcomes
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly to support customer needs
- Residency in Western Europe or Americas

• Lead the field deployment, integration, and startup of automation solutions for BMS/EPMS systems, ensuring seamless integration and monitor with electrical, and cooling infrastructure. • Enforce system standards, frameworks, and deployment patterns for controls, BMS, and EPMS rollouts across multiple projects and sites. • Deploy and configure dashboards, HMIs, and operator workstations, ensuring site personnel have clear, functional visibility and control over complex building and power systems. • Oversee system integrators during standard deployments and point-to-point checkouts to ensure strict compliance with design standards, and operate as the controls escalation point to troubleshoot complex automation integration, system inconsistencies, and network integration issues. • Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, and OEM partners in the field to configure, integrate, and troubleshoot networks utilizing BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols. • Conduct system testing, simulation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate functionality, sequencing, and data accuracy prior to operational handover. • Ensure controls platforms correctly collect and push real-time and historical data, enabling performance insight and analysis. • Mentor and train other controls engineers, on control system operation, troubleshooting best practices, and execution methodology.
