Senior Backend Engineer, Python
Voodoo SAS
• Design and implement services that plug and play with the existing microservice ecosystem • Contribute to choice of the technology stack and observe best practices for reliability and availability • Explore and solve open-ended problems that span across the back-end and infrastructure
Job Requirements
- Excellent back-end programming skills with 6+ years of experience
- A good understanding of the basics of algorithms and databases
- Write readable, maintainable, and testable code
- Experience with any cloud infrastructure provider (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- The willingness to learn and evolve
- Nice to have :
- Experience writing production-grade systems in Python
- Experience with microservice architecture and highly distributed systems
- Experience with Payment Services Providers
- Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks associated (Bootstrap, JQuery, Vue.js, …)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform
