Job Description

Payroll Specialist

OneDigital

• Assists in the preparation of payroll in Workday Payroll for employees paid on biweekly and semi-monthly frequencies • Enters and maintains On-Demand payroll records upon Management approval • Serves as the main point of contact for payroll & troubleshoots payroll-related issues impacting employees (non-payments, pay discrepancies, general questions, etc.) • Performs data entry tasks related to payroll and benefits • Follows up on withholding orders and other non-tax correspondence received from government authorities • Provides ad hoc payroll reporting and other documentation to Finance, HR, and other authorized parties • Audits payroll data to ensure accuracy • Communicates and works with 3rd party payroll partners as needed • Additional responsibilities assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration or other related business major required
  • Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience preferred
  • Experience in providing quality customer service is required
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Workday US/CAN Payroll software required
