Employment Terms & Visa Policy This is a 100% remote, full-time, direct W2 position with Bright Vision Technologies. This role is part of Bright Vision Technologies’ in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. The client, end customer, and employer for this position is Bright Vision Technologies — there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved. We do not engage in C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements for this role. BUT STRICTLY NO C2C/1099/3RD PARTY COMPANIES. ALL OUR ROLES ARE W2 AND NO 3RD PARTY BROKERING PLEASE. Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to our in-house SOW deliverables. No new H1B sponsorship is available for this role. However, candidates who are currently on a valid H1B visa and require a transfer are welcome to apply. We will support H1B transfers for qualified candidates. For every role, a technical coding assessment is mandatory. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications with a wide variety of non-SAP, third-party, and cloud-based systems. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis and interface design, through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will combine deep CPI expertise with a strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and message-based architectures, and will partner with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop end-to-end integration scenarios in SAP Integration Suite / CPI, including synchronous and asynchronous flows, complex mappings, and orchestration logic. - Build, configure, and maintain integration content using iFlows, content modifiers, splitters, routers, exception subprocesses, and adapter-specific configurations. - Develop custom Groovy and Java scripts within CPI to implement complex transformation, validation, and routing requirements. - Configure and operate a wide range of adapters (HTTP, SOAP, IDoc, OData, JMS, AS2, SFTP, REST, Salesforce, Ariba) to integrate SAP with cloud, on-premises, and partner systems. - Implement secure communication channels, including OAuth2, mTLS, certificate-based authentication, and secure parameter management within CPI. - Design integration patterns aligned with SAP’s reference architecture, including event-driven, API-led, and middleware-mediated patterns. - Build robust error-handling, retry, and alerting mechanisms with strong observability into message flow and processing. - Migrate legacy SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite, including assessment, redesign, and parallel run strategies. - Configure and manage SAP API Management policies, throttling, security, and developer-portal experiences. - Support performance tuning of high-volume integration scenarios, including pooling, parallel processing, and tenant capacity management. - Document interface specifications, integration designs, and operational procedures, and lead knowledge transfer to support and operations teams. - Collaborate with functional consultants and external integration partners to align technical designs with business processes. - Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including root-cause analysis and structured incident response. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Five or more years of SAP integration experience, with at least three years on SAP Integration Suite / CPI. - Strong hands-on experience with iFlow development, Groovy/Java scripting, and a wide range of CPI adapters. - Solid understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts. - Experience with SAP API Management and event-driven architectures. - Working knowledge of SAP PI/PO and prior experience migrating PI/PO interfaces to CPI is highly desirable. - Familiarity with security standards including OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication. - Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. - Experience working in S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur integration scenarios. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - SAP-certified Integration Suite or CPI developer credentials. - Hands-on experience with SAP Event Mesh and SAP Advanced Event Mesh. - Exposure to SAP BTP development and CAP framework. - Familiarity with non-SAP integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi). - Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for SAP Integration Suite content transports.
