Role Description Estamos en búsqueda de: Implementador/a Senior de Agentes de Voz con IA Generativa. - Implementar, evolucionar y optimizar agentes de voz con IA Generativa ya desplegados en entornos productivos. - Desarrollar y mantener arquitecturas de asistentes de voz integrando ASR, TTS y procesamiento en streaming. - Orquestar agentes basados en LLMs, incluyendo gestión de contexto, tool/function calling y mecanismos de fallback. - Integrar soluciones de RAG/grounding conectadas a fuentes internas y sistemas externos mediante APIs REST. - Asegurar la calidad, estabilidad y escalabilidad del backend mediante buenas prácticas de desarrollo y testing. - Analizar métricas y logs para la mejora continua del rendimiento y la experiencia del usuario. Qualifications - Experiencia senior demostrable en implementación y operación en producción de asistentes de voz. - Conocimiento práctico de ASR y TTS, preferiblemente en arquitecturas de procesamiento en streaming. - Experiencia en desarrollo de agentes con LLMs: orquestación, gestión de contexto y llamadas a herramientas/funciones. - Sólidos conocimientos de backend en Python y buenas prácticas de calidad de código, testing y versionado. - Experiencia en integración de APIs REST y gestión de autenticación y secretos. - Conocimiento y experiencia práctica en entornos cloud, preferentemente AWS, y pipelines de CI/CD.
