Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working as an animator
  • Strong process‑improvement mindset - readiness to challenge and rethink existing animator workflows and drive meaningful changes
  • Proactive product ownership - ability to propose product ideas that may require development adjustments and to push initiatives through to completion
  • Persistence in driving results - willingness to actively advocate for improvements, follow up with developers, and ensure ideas are implemented
